Shipping time: Shipped within 3 business days from the date of order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.) *It may take longer to ship when there are consecutive holidays such as year-end and New Year holidays, or depending on the inventory status.

Handling of defective products: Contact us and pick up or return the product.
Return period: within 7 days of receipt of goods
Return shipping: We will pay for the return shipping only if the return conditions are met.
Return policy: In principle, returns are not accepted. In the case of a defective product (stain or damage caused by our mistake during delivery of the product or goods), we will take immediate action (return, exchange, etc.). Please return the product within 7 days from the date of arrival by cash on delivery. However, we will not accept defective products due to lack of customer care (products requiring temperature control). Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns after shipment for reasons other than those listed above.
