The "concentration Saku Condensation H" is the result of the encounter between "Saku Honochi," a pure rice sake with a fruity and clear sharpness, and KonKer™, a state-of-the-art technology developed by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation.
By using a special zeolite membrane to remove only the water molecules from the pure rice sake, the original sweetness, umami, and alcohol content of "Saku Honochi" have been concentrated to twice the concentration.
It is a new genre of Japanese sake that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.
